Monolayer blown film extrusion machine produces, a single layer of film which is being used in many kinds of applications such as: packaging films for bags, wrapping or shrink films, agricultural films, construction films, medical films etc.

HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE or Recycled Polyethylene could be used in Monolayer Extruders that we are manufacturing as EGL Machinery. Dimensions and the capacity of the machine will differ with respect to the properties of the film that will be produced. So, we are producing solutions with respect to the desired capacity (upto 600kg/h) of the machine, width (200mm – 3000mm) and the thickness (5 – 200 Microns) of the film in order to your needs.
