Gravimetric Dosing Unit

Gravimetric dosing unit ensures automatically preparing of the specified mixture for feeding the extruders. Components are mixed by weight depending on the batch settings that will be arranged by the operator on the main control panel. Each component is being dosed separately into one weighing chamber, afterwards all components are placed in a continuous mixing chamber, which ensures a homogeneous mixture. During this process, high-precision scales guarantee maximum accuracy and reproducibility of weighing results, while our specially developed control software serves best
performance in time and precision.
